Identity Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Identity Solution Architect to design and implement secure identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IAM solutions using PingFederate, PingAccess, and related tools.
  • Develop and maintain backend services in Java to support authentication and authorization workflows.
  • Integrate applications into Single Sign-On (SSO) frameworks using SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) protocols.
  • Customize PingFederate policies using Object Graph Navigation Language (OGNL) expressions and support front-end customizations.
  • Collaborate with architects, security teams, and application owners to deliver secure identity solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex authentication and federation issues across environments.
  • Support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), passwordless authentication (FIDO2/WebAuthn), and adaptive access strategies.
  • Maintain and enhance access management platforms and federation infrastructure.
  • Participate in IAM roadmap planning and architectural decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in IAM, with a focus on SSO and federation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, and other Ping Identity tools.
  • Proficiency in Java backend development and scripting.
  • Deep understanding of identity protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OIDC.
  • Experience with Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Active Directory, System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM).
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and tools like Postman.
  • Basic Linux administration and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
