Job Role: Identity Governance Specialist

Our organization seeks an experienced Identity Governance Specialist to support the implementation and management of our identity governance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement identity governance frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance and secure access to sensitive data.
  • Configure and manage identity policies, workflows, and approvals to streamline business processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity and access management to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain identity-related business processes and procedures.

Required Skills:

  • Identity governance expertise with a strong understanding of SailPoint IIQ administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex identity and access management issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SailPoint IIQ and other identity governance tools.
  • Experience with identity and access management best practices and regulatory compliance standards.
