Specialist in Identity and Access Management

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Identity & Access Management tools and .NET technologies, with a strong understanding of product development lifecycle, identity lifecycle, access management, and application provisioning/de-provisioning.
Key Requirements:- Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4–12 years of development experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools and .NET technologies.
- Mandatory experience in at least one IAM tool: Okta, SailPoint, Forgerock, Oracle Identity Management, or Microsoft Identity Manager.
- Strong experience in .NET (C# or VB.NET) and SQL Server.
- Knowledge of REST API and WCF is an advantage.
- Understanding of software development methodologies such as Scrum.
- Solid knowledge of Identity Lifecycle, Access Management, and application provisioning/de-provisioning.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and Active Directory; Azure AD experience is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Design, configure, and maintain Identity and Access Management solutions and integrations.
- Implement access management policies and workflows.
- Develop and maintain application provisioning/de-provisioning processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Identity and Access Management and .NET application issues.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
