Job Title: Identity and Access Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IAM systems, as well as experience with SSO solutions and federated single sign-on.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support IAM modules, including access control and federation
  • Configure SSO solutions using access manager and implement multi-factor authentication
  • Integrate business applications with IAM as per requirements
  • Implement OAuth, OIDC, and other authentication mechanisms
  • Provide day-to-day operations support activities, including workflow knowledge in design/implementations and provisioning process
  • Troubleshoot server-level to user-level queries
  • Lead and participate in outage calls and create standard operating procedures
  • Participate in daily/weekly/monthly/customer/internal meetings and provide activity reports
  • Create policy and procedure manuals and ensure SLAs are met
  • Maintain excellent communication skills

Requirements:

  • Experience with IAM/LDAP operations support
  • Understanding of SSO, SAML, SAML 2.0, OAUTH, ADFS
  • Familiarity with Tivoli Directory Server (TDS), External Authentication Interface (EAI), PD Admin, Python, Federation module, Distributed session cache & Web Services
  • Architecture & Design aspects of IAM experience preferred
  • Migration and Implementation experience in IAM would be an add-on
