Job Title: Enterprise Identity and Access Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to design, implement, and manage IAM solutions that ensure the security, compliance, and seamless access of users across multiple platforms.

  • Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance.
  • Manage user identities, roles, groups, and entitlements across multiple platforms.
  • Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federated identity solutions.
  • Configure and maintain IAM tools.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Troubleshoot IAM-related issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in IAM.
  • A strong understanding of IAM concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Azure AD.
  • Proficiency with Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM.
  • Experience with SSO, MFA, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
  • Scripting knowledge for automation.
  • Familiarity with cloud IAM.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
