Job Title: Enterprise Identity Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced specialist to design, develop, and implement large-scale enterprise identity management solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, integrating, and supporting complex IAM programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of comprehensive IAM strategies and architectures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IAM requirements and translate them into executable solutions.
  • Develop and configure connectors, workflows, rules, and policies for user provisioning, de-provisioning, access certification, and access request.
  • Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications, such as Active Directory, LDAP, Databases, SaaS applications, and HR systems.
  • Implement lifecycle management, access certification campaigns, role-based access controls, and segregation of duties.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot IAM configurations, workflows, and performance issues.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior IAM engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with 3-5 years hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Strong development experience in Java, BeanShell, XML, and web services (SOAP/REST APIs).
  • Experience in configuring and customizing SailPoint IIQ modules, including Provisioning, Compliance Manager, Lifecycle Manager, and Identity Warehouse.
  • Knowledge of IAM standards & protocols, such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
  • Experience integrating IAM systems with enterprise systems, including Active Directory, LDAP, Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, and cloud apps.
  • Strong understanding of RBAC, SoD, and Identity Governance principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, Windows, and Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred/Good to Have:

  • SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer / Architect.
  • Experience with SailPoint SaaS offerings, including IdentityNow and Identity Security Cloud.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Prior consulting or professional services background.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead projects.
  • Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and client-facing skills.
