Job Title:

Identity Management Specialist

Overview: We are looking for a skilled Identity Management Specialist to provide operational support for our identity management systems.

  • Role: Identity Management Specialist
  • Experience: 3 to 8 years in identity management, troubleshooting, and integration
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance with IBM ISIM and TDI systems
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues related to ISIM/TDI environments
  • Manage the lifecycle of identity management systems, ensuring system functionality and resolving technical issues
  • Support various IBM security tools
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • 5-6 years of experience working with IBM ISIM and TDI
  • Hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IBM ISIM and TDI environments
  • Strong understanding of identity management concepts, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), SSO, and governance
  • Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and other directory services
  • Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST) and experience with integration protocols
  • Familiarity with security best practices and tools in identity management
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
