Identity Governance Consultant

This role involves providing expert-level identity and access management services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive access policies and rules within SailPoint.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement automated workflows and lifecycle management processes to streamline identity lifecycle events and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, including advanced configuration, customization, and development.
  • Collaborate with security teams to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and threats related to identity and access management.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training to ensure successful system adoption and ongoing operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional work experience in Identity and Access Governance (IAG) domain and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • In-depth knowledge of identity and access management principles, frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Strong understanding of application onboarding and migration processes within the SailPoint platform.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
