Identity Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Management Specialist to lead the development and implementation of Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to design and build identity solutions that meet architecture, product, and design specifications.
  • Secure Development and Deployment: Ensure scalability of secure development and production environments, design and manage specifications for maintaining hardened systems and containers, and automate robust automation strategies for maintaining hardened systems and images.
  • Incident Response and Support: Support security incident investigations related to CIAM to identify root causes and drive remediation.

Requirements:

  • Identity and Access Management Technology: Authoritative knowledge of Identity and Access Management technology or Cybersecurity.
  • Extensive Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of identity proofing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and detection technologies.
  • IAM Protocols: Deep familiarity with IAM protocols, such as OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, FIDO, and SCIM.
  • Cybersecurity Concepts: Experience with key IAM and Cybersecurity concepts, like Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, Directories, API Gateways, SOA Services, threat detection, etc.
  • Certificate Integration: Past experience configuring and integrating CIAM solutions using Ping Federate and Ping Directory.
  • Software Engineering Concepts: Understand a range of modern software engineering and architecture concepts, including end-to-end test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and RESTful web services.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks, including assessing and controlling risks of various kinds and apply this appropriately to diverse situations.
  • Leadership Skills: Displays courage and willing to always contribute constructive feedback - not being afraid to highlight issues and challenges and bringing alternative solutions to the table.
