Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Identity Management Specialist to join our Identity and Access Management team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in designing, implementing, and managing complex IAM solutions.

This role requires a blend of technical leadership, hands-on development, and excellent communication skills to drive our identity security initiatives forward. You will be instrumental in migrating existing IAM functionalities to IDN, enhancing our current platform, and ensuring robust access governance across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and security best practices.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SailPoint IDN, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Drive migration activities from legacy IAM systems to SailPoint IDN, including strategic planning, configuration, custom development, and data manipulation.
  • Design and implement customized solutions within SailPoint IDN, including connectors, LCM workflows, rules, policies, access profiles, and certifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a strong focus on SailPoint products, particularly SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN).
  • Proven experience in end-to-end SailPoint IDN implementations, including use case documentation, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong programming and scripting skills with languages such as Java, BeanShell, Groovy, PowerShell, or Python.
