Job Description

This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing employee skills and performance through impactful training programs.

The Talent Development Specialist will design and deliver engaging learning experiences that cater to the organization's needs, analyzing their effectiveness and supporting organizational development initiatives.

  • Create customized training sessions for various audiences.
  • Foster new hire orientation, leadership development, and skill-building workshops.
  • Design engaging materials using modern instructional principles.
  • Update content according to evolving business priorities and trends.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance metrics.
  • Implement improvements to achieve optimal learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and align programs with goals.
  • Serve cross-functional teams in implementing learning initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the organization.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in talent development and instructional technologies.

To succeed in this position, you'll need:
