  • Assess candidate fit through rigorous interviewing and evaluation processes
  • Closing deals by negotiating offers and onboarding new hires
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics and trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • 0-4 years of prior work experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Proven ability to source and attract top talent, with a strong understanding of current market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and evaluate recruitment metrics
