Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with Recruitment teams to build effective sourcing plans and execute on those plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sourcing strategies
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in recruitment
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and preferences in order to attract the right candidates
