At the forefront of talent acquisition, we are seeking a strategic and innovative Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. This pivotal role requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills and a keen understanding of the recruitment process.

About the Job:

This is a full-cycle recruitment position that involves managing all aspects of the hiring process, from sourcing top talent to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying and attracting high-caliber candidates, as well as building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the business needs and develop effective strategies to meet those needs.
  • Cultivate a network of talented individuals and utilize various sourcing channels to identify top candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to implement best practices in recruitment and selection processes.
  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment campaigns to attract diverse talent pools.
  • Evaluate requisitions and make informed decisions on the most suitable candidates for each role.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and meeting expectations.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies and optimize results.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on leading teams and developing recruitment strategies.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Portuguese.
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and executing recruitment campaigns, including social media marketing and networking events.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Familiarity with MS Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
