Talent Acquisition Lead

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our recruitment strategy and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment plan that aligns with business objectives.
  2. Educate stakeholders on the recruiting process, demographics, and best practices.
  3. Foster dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners to drive talent acquisition initiatives.
  4. Analyze data to anticipate roadblocks and develop solutions to overcome challenges.
  5. Optimize operational processes to deliver a consistent, scalable, customer-obsessed recruitment experience.
  6. Drive the best possible candidate and referee experience, delivering on key internal SLAs.
  7. Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors and develop employee referral programs.
  8. Create and present KPI reports and manage dashboards.
  9. Lead and inspire a talent acquisition unit to deliver outstanding results while effectively maintaining SLAs like cost per hire, source mix, and offer to join ratio.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in Sales/Business/Bulk Hiring.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
  • Team leading experience is mandatory.
  • Critical stakeholder management is preferred.
  • Excellent recruitment reporting and dashboarding skills.
  • Must have managed Bulk/Volume hiring projects.
  • Familiarity with various selection methods and use of social media and job boards with experience with Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools, preferably with experience working on any HRIS tool.
  • A sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company success. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
