Senior Talent Acquisition Leader

This is a pivotal role within our organization, requiring an exceptional leader to drive the global recruitment strategy and foster a talented workforce.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic recruitment plan that aligns with business objectives.
  • They will collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR, and key stakeholders to identify talent requirements and ensure seamless hiring processes.
  • A key focus area will be forecasting talent demand, workforce planning, and establishing robust recruitment metrics to measure success.
Skill Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • No less than 15 years of progressive recruitment experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven expertise in global talent acquisition across multiple regions, with a strong track record in leadership hiring, employer branding, and recruitment technology adoption.
