Join a dynamic organization as we seek an exceptional Talent Acquisition Leader to drive the delivery of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. In this pivotal role, you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for sourcing, hiring, and integrating top talent into our organization.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, leadership, and global recruitment workflows. Your expertise will enable us to attract, engage, and retain top performers across multiple departments and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals across multiple departments and geographies.
  • Talent Sourcing: Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce planning and talent requirements, and develop tailored recruitment plans to address these needs.
  • Onboarding Process Management: Oversee the execution of pre-joining activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires, and maintain compliance with documentation checklists, background verification protocols, and data privacy standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, operations, and business leadership, to align recruitment priorities and optimize service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading high-performing teams in an HR shared services setup, with a strong track record of scaling talent acquisition functions.
  • Talent Acquisition Expertise: Strong knowledge of global recruitment workflows, especially in retail or volume hiring environments, and proficiency in ATS platforms, such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, or Avature.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex recruitment data and insights to stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify process improvements, and implement lean process enhancements to optimize recruitment efficiency and scalability.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications: Certifications in leadership or advanced recruitment practices, such as SHRM-CP, HRCI, or CIPD certifications.
  • Analytics Tools: Proficiency in recruitment analytics tools, such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms, to measure and report on key recruitment metrics.
