Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to join our team as an Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for developing pricing products, generating insights, and delivering solutions that help clients achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in data operations, data analytics, or consulting with pricing/marketing analytics exposure. Strong technical, analytical, communication, and team skills are essential.

You will work closely with experts, Bain teams, and clients across the world in an inclusive, collaborative, and fun-loving team culture. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, gain global experience, and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop pricing products and generate insights to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs
  • Lead and train a team of COE Analysts to develop the next set of specialists
  • Take ownership of assigned work streams and ensure zero-defect analysis
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in data operations, data analytics, or consulting
  • Strong technical, analytical, communication, and team skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with interest in learning new analytical/statistical tools and techniques
  • Experience in analytical tools (such as Alteryx, Tableau) is preferred
