Job Title: Pricing Specialist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Pricing Specialist. As a key member of our pricing function, you will play a pivotal role in driving deal pricing across multiple engagement models, ensuring our competitive positioning while protecting profitability.

The successful candidate will have strong financial modeling skills and be able to collaborate closely with Sales & Delivery teams to design commercial models that balance client competitiveness with our profitability goals.

You will lead deal pricing for pursuits across Time and Material (T&M), Fixed Price, and Managed Services contracts to ensure alignment with business objectives. This demanding role requires you to conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess risks, margins, and financial impact of large deals.

You will also track and publish win–loss analysis for submitted deals to identify pricing trends and improvement areas, driving continuous improvement. Furthermore, you will support preparation and review of business unit Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accurate financial representations.

In addition, you will deliver monthly profitability reports, highlighting key variances and recommending corrective actions to drive business growth. Your expertise in market benchmarks, competitor pricing, and industry trends will strengthen our pricing strategy and stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead deal pricing for pursuits across Time and Material (T&M), Fixed Price, and Managed Services contracts.
  • Partner with Sales, Solutioning, and Delivery teams to design commercial models that balance client competitiveness with our profitability goals.
  • Develop, review, and maintain pricing models and cost sheets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in deal pricing, financial modeling, and margin analysis.
  • A solid understanding of IT services business models.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial systems, and scenario modeling tools.
  • An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution preferred.
