Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead and manage our HR function, driving strategic initiatives across HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building to support organizational growth. This role will drive business outcomes through people processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals, setting clear goals, balancing workloads, and driving accountability.
  • Oversee global mobility and travel operations: visas, deputations, travel policy compliance, and budget control.
  • Own HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration (payroll, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding).
  • Champion employee experience: office amenities, wellness programs, pulse surveys, and rapid-response action plans.
  • Own culture-building strategy and execution—design targeted initiatives, workshops, and recognition programs to boost engagement and reduce attrition.
  • Embed core values through team-led workshops, leadership forums, and signature events.
  • Design and approve total-rewards framework: salary cycles, incentives, spot awards, and communications.
  • Prioritize and review Learning & Development: curriculum, certification tracking, and impact reporting.
  • Drive CSR strategy and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition on social media and campus outreach.
  • Own Talent Acquisition and HR governance: sourcing, screening, offers, TA metrics, complex escalations, HRIS data integrity, and HR-tech optimizations.
