Seeking an Experienced People Leader

We are revolutionising credit access for underserved communities by connecting lenders and borrowers. Our technology platform provides timely access to credit, making us highly differentiated from other peer-to-peer lending platforms.

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisation's culture and growth. You will be responsible for building internal and external talent pipelines, managing hiring strategies & process, enhancing candidate experience, and ensuring smooth onboarding.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Developing and implementing effective recruitment and talent management strategies.
  • Culture Development: Driving initiatives that build a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
  • Leadership Support: Advising business leaders and teams on HR-related matters.
  • Performance Management: Guiding managers on effective goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices.
  • Employee Development: Supporting learning initiatives and managing development journeys for top talent.
  • HR Operations: Ensuring policies align with laws and best practices; managing HR operations, systems, and audits.

Requirements:

  • Senior HR experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role
  • Strong expertise in talent attraction & development, performance systems, and compliance
  • Excellent leadership, communication skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field
