Our organization is seeking an accomplished Human Resources leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our operations in India.

As a senior HR professional, you will be based in Mumbai and report directly to the Regional P&C Head, APAC. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to drive ambitious growth plans in the Indian market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns seamlessly with our overall business objectives. This will involve leading a team of HR professionals, acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, fostering a high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

A key aspect of this role will be championing employee engagement, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment that empowers our people to thrive. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify and implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and global initiatives
  • Managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development
  • Fostering a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion
  • Partnering with business leaders to provide HR guidance and support
  • Providing strategic leadership and effective management to the Human Resources team in India
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
  • Utilizing HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and improve HR processes
