Job Title: HR Manager

About Us:

We are a fast-growing influencer marketing agency with a dynamic team passionate about creating impactful campaigns and building strong relationships with influencers. We need an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support our expanding workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including setting key performance indicators, conducting appraisals, and providing guidance on employee development.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage human resources documentation.
  • Address employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and human resources policies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, training programs, and performance incentives.
  • Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and provide recommendations for resolutions.
  • Contribute to strategic human resources projects, such as workforce planning, diversity & inclusion programs, and organizational development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an human resources generalist or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in human resources software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to human resources issues.
