Key responsibilities:

  • Develop a culture strategy that aligns with our mission and values.
  • Create engaging people experiences that reflect our brand identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute initiatives showcasing clear business impact.
  • Owning the Learning & Development function, setting it up from ground zero, and navigating unknown terrains.

Requirements include:

Technical Competencies
  • Experience-driven approach, focused on delighting and valuing people.
  • Talent Acquisition expertise, role-agnostic and adept at cracking any role.
  • People Ops experience, comfortable with numbers, Excel, and advanced formulae.
  • People Partnering skills, understanding the pulse of a fast-growing startup.
Behavioral Competencies
  • Mad passion for crafting exceptional people experiences.
  • Ability to create a jolly, lighthearted, and warm atmosphere.
  • High trust and discipline, strong verbal and written communication skills.
