Job Title: Senior HR Strategic Partner

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as a Senior HR Strategic Partner. This role requires someone with extensive experience in human resources business partnering at leadership level, who can partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience and be able to design and implement initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and retention. They will also lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, delivering exceptional experiences from onboarding to alumni engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and implement initiatives to improve culture, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless transitions from onboarding to alumni status.
  • Develop scalable frameworks for learning, mentorship, internal mobility, and succession planning.
  • Drive performance management through outcome-driven systems encouraging ownership and recognition.
  • Promote inclusion, transparency, and psychological safety while resolving employee relations with empathy and fairness.
  • Influence organizational transformation and change management initiatives with agility and measurable impact.
  • Analyze data-driven insights to measure HR program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
  • Develop learning, development, and succession frameworks to build future-ready leaders.
  • Promote Techolution as a Great Place to Work through progressive practices.
  • Collaborate with managers to drive leadership development, career growth, and talent retention strategies.
