Business Partner Lead

The ideal candidate for this high-impact business partner role will have a proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and collaborating closely with senior leaders to achieve business objectives.

This is an intense, dynamic role that requires a seasoned business generalist who can juggle multiple priorities, drive execution, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, develop pricing and packaging strategies, and implement process improvements.
  • Work closely with customer success teams to drive outcomes on critical KPIs, such as trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn.
  • Build and maintain key partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timely execution.
  • Lead company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR, focusing on improving onboarding processes, driving org health projects, and supporting strategic hiring efforts.
  • Drive revenue and capacity planning, working with senior leaders to ensure resources and targets are aligned.
  • Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards, providing actionable insights for decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in early-stage startup leadership roles.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to context-switch between domains (sales, marketing, operations) without losing depth.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • High agency and adaptability to make things happen, with a strong focus on delivering results.
