Job Opportunity: Electrical and Instrumentation Management

Position Overview

We seek a highly skilled Electrical and Instrumentation Manager to lead the safe and efficient management of preventive maintenance and breakdown of instruments and electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage departmental activities for instrumentation and electrical sides.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including Nucleonic Gauge training and Radiological Safety Officer responsibilities.
  • Co-ordinate with regional teams to implement best maintenance practices and digitalization initiatives.
  • Plan, schedule, and carry out shutdown maintenance jobs, and ensure timely calibration of field instruments.
  • Install, commission, and validate new equipment, and provide mechanical support designing, fabrication through vendors.
  • Size and select proper instruments, and plan, schedule, and carry out shutdown maintenance jobs.
  • Support in controlling maintenance cost, analyzing breakdown, prepare CAPA, diagnose, identify root causes, and implement actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Instrumentation or Electronics & Communication with 10-12 years of experience in maintenance of plant.
  • Additional requirements - Training cum Certification course on Radiation Safety Aspects of Nucleonic Gauges.
  • Active registration on ELORA AERB Website for Radiation Professional.
