About the Job:

As an Instrumentation and Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for performing engineering activities covering all key areas of instrumentation technology, including field instruments, control and shutdown valves, analyzers, and control systems.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Reviewing and updating equipment maintenance strategies for instrumentation, such as transmitters, control valves, flow meters, and analyzers
  • Collaborating with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of maintenance strategies with operational priorities
  • Understanding asset criticality analysis and asset strategy management
  • Implementing preventive, predictive, and condition monitoring tasks with respect to assets
  • Standardizing instrumentation maintenance procedures and test intervals across similar asset classes
  • Knowledge of hazardous area classification and international instrumentation standards
  • Developing and maintaining expertise in instrumentation maintenance, including control valves, on-off valves, and various field instruments
