Global Workforce Solutions

The GWS Team is responsible for compliance and vendor management. We are a customer-obsessed team, serving as a single point of contact for any contingent workforce need. Our vision is to be recognized as a valued business partner and a world-class program, focused on excellence in our people, services, and execution.

This role offers an opportunity to gain a broad perspective of our organization and the Global Business Services function.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute reporting dashboards and data sets to track defined KPIs, SLAs, or support employee or vendor audiences.
  • Ensure internal processes are defined, streamlined, and documented. Develop user guides, videos, or training materials to execute external process steps.
  • Execute internal audit activities, including Vendor Management System data validation, monthly access reviews, and bi-annual consultant validation.
  • Serve as Audit liaison with stakeholders for additional audit requests related to our VMS.
  • Develop and execute vendor QBR reporting for approved vendor performance.
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual cost savings reporting and chargeback processes.
  • Provide financial summaries and conduct year-end accrual accounting activities for VMS invoicing.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Contingent Workforce Programs or Managed Service Providers.
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to build, maintain, or interpret dashboards.
  • Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset. Demonstrated ability to create and refine standard operating processes (SOPs) and user guides to reduce manual effort or streamline processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to understand business needs for reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to operate successfully in a team environment and work through priorities with a positive attitude.
