Dayforce Workforce Management Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dayforce Workforce Management Consultant to join our organization.

  • About the Job:
  • This key position involves leading volume forecasting, configuring and optimizing advanced scheduling tools, and designing workload planning strategies to improve labor allocation across teams and locations.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dayforce Workforce Management and be passionate about workforce optimization.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead volume forecasting using Dayforce to predict staffing needs based on historical and real-time data.
  • Configure and optimize advanced scheduling tools to align workforce supply with business demand.
  • Design and implement workload planning strategies to improve labor allocation across teams and locations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and deliver scalable WFM solutions.
  • Provide support for testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Train end-users on best practices and ongoing usage of forecasting and scheduling tools.
  • Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven hands-on experience in Dayforce Workforce Management with focus on forecasting, scheduling, and workload planning.
  • Strong understanding of workforce optimization in retail, healthcare, or service-based industries.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable staffing plans.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in Dayforce WFM implementations or managed services is highly preferred.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
