Account Partnership Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Partnership Specialist who is passionate about driving business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborative relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer profiling, account planning, and setting targets by services line at the account level to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Navigating complex accounts to identify new opportunities, building internal consensus, and prioritizing projects for maximum impact.
  • Anchoring client meetings and pursuing new business opportunities with the support of pre-sales, partner units, and external partners.
  • Mentoring account teams, working closely with delivery leadership to provide feedback and ensure team development.
  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline to achieve target objectives.

Requirements:

  • Hunting & Farming experience with CROs and/or Pharma, with demonstrable existing relationships with executives within the GCC landscape focused on CRO and Pharma industries.
  • Demonstrable experience in achieving annual revenue targets through effective account management and relationship-building.
  • Experience in driving pursuits for large-scale proposals and client relationship management, including managing relationships with key client personnel and senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing a portfolio of over $5-10Mn, reviewing sales plans/pipelines with leadership to ensure target achievement.
  • Strong knowledge of the business environment and industry trends to spot new opportunities and ensure successful conversion.
  • Strong managed services & large deal sales skills, particularly in outsourcing and transformation deals.
  • Knowledge of selling concepts, principles & guidelines, especially deal closure, handling objections, etc.
  • Knowledge of value articulation principles including client ROI and appropriate storyboarding techniques.
  • Understanding of client context and engagement guidelines, including organizational sensitivities to consistently find new solutions.
  • Possesses strong product/technology/industry knowledge and is highly motivated to sell engineering services and solutions.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and consultative skills, with the ability to manage in a complex matrix environment.
