We are seeking a seasoned professional to support our senior account leadership in growing learning service sales to clients.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional client management skills, the ability to engage with stakeholders, and a keen eye for identifying unmet needs or potential service gaps.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who can create tailored client presentations, lead documents for RFI and RFP responses, and contribute to business reviews and reports.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts across regions, engaging with client stakeholders, creating sales materials, and collaborating with service line leaders on aligning internal solutions to client needs.

Additionally, they will track account metrics and operational KPIs, support opportunity tracking and upsell coordination, and ensure internal systems are up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key client accounts across regions
  • Engage with client stakeholders to discover unmet needs or potential service gaps
  • Create sales materials and tailored client presentations to support upsell or renewal opportunities
  • Lead documents for RFI and RFP responses
  • Help track win/loss data and sales KPIs
  • Conduct research on client organization changes
  • Collaborate with service line leaders on aligning internal solutions to client needs
  • Respond to client queries and escalate issues
  • Contribute to business reviews and reports
  • Track account metrics and operational KPIs
  • Support opportunity tracking and upsell coordination
  • Ensure internal systems are up to date
  • Stay current on learning industry trends and client developments
