
Senior Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with Indian colleges and universities, as well as collaborating with internal and external academic teams to map curriculum compatibility and student eligibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and key stakeholders.
- Design and implement progression pathways and credit transfer models with university academic teams.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to negotiate and formalize partnerships.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of student exchange, dual-degree, or progression initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between internal leadership, international university partners, and Indian institutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in higher education, preferably in institutional partnerships and international relations.
- Strong understanding of the Indian higher education landscape and international mobility trends.
- Proven experience in setting up articulation, exchange, or progression programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
