Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to acquire new HNI and NRI clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and timely delivery of investment solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic indicators, and regulatory changes to provide informed investment advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, driving revenue growth and expanding the client base.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in relationship management or investment advisory roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
