Job Title: Senior Coordinator - Subtitling Operations

Position Summary

This role oversees the growth and development of team members, scheduling, rescheduling of work internally, team utilization, performance, and project monitoring within your span as a Senior Coordinator in Subtitling Operations.

  • Lead and supervise Localization Coordinators in their tasks and responsibilities.
  • Set clear objectives and align team vision with company goals.
  • Communicate expectations, goals, and feedback regularly to ensure team members understand their roles.
  • Liaise with Translator Support for linguist pool health and capacity planning to meet project demands.
  • Address conflicts early by facilitating discussions and maintaining a positive team environment.
  • Maintain team morale, attrition, development, coaching, and performance feedback to promote employee engagement.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any concerns.
  • Manage HR processes, policies, and productivity to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading team members' growth and development through training and mentorship.
  • Scheduling and rescheduling work to optimize team utilization and resource allocation.
  • Monitoring project status and ensuring process adherence and team collaboration.
  • Fostering a positive team environment that promotes open communication and respect.
  • Mentoring Subject Matter Experts to enhance their skills and expertise.

  • An excellent command of the English language with strong writing and communication skills.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills to prioritize tasks and resolve conflicts effectively.
