Job Title

A Senior Project Coordinator is required to manage complex projects, oversee project teams, and ensure timely completion.

  • Experience in managing software engineering projects with a strong technical background.

About the Role:

The Senior Project Coordinator will lead end-to-end development and deployment of AI solutions, from discovery to production rollout.

  • Manage project scope, create timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet delivery milestones.

Responsibilities:

Oversee cross-functional teams, define project requirements, establish engineering teams grounded in exceptional practices.

  • Lead genAI/LLM-based solutions, seek diverse solutions, partner with principal engineers to deliver best-in-class products.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions through strong software engineering principles, demonstrate understanding of business needs.
  • Strong programming background in Node JS, Java, or Python, React.js, or Angular, experience in cloud architecture and technology.
  • Anchoring engineering teams as go-to-person to understand issues on the ground to help engineers become un-stuck.

Requirements:

We require a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a technical or IT-focused environment.

  • Led end-to-end development and deployment of GenAI/LLM-based solutions, proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and tools.
  • Ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
