Job Title:

A seasoned Project Manager is sought to oversee and manage projects from inception to delivery.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with strong leadership skills and proficiency in German.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans that meet business objectives.
  • Coordinate staff and internal resources to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage project progress and adapt work as required to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee all project documentation, including reports and communications.
  • Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive staff.
  • Optimize processes and improve project outcomes where necessary.
  • Identify and secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or related field.
  • 8-11 years of project management experience.
  • Proficiency in German language.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Experience in managing medium to large projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with project management software tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
