Overview

Our organization is seeking a seasoned financial project coordinator to play a pivotal role in driving strategic projects forward.

This key position involves managing cross-functional initiatives, ensuring smooth operations, and working closely with senior leadership teams across finance, legal, and programs to deliver priorities efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage dashboards, workplans, and trackers for the CFO's key projects, facilitating seamless coordination and communication.
  • Coordinate high-level meetings (e.g., financial reviews, board meetings) and ensure timely follow-through on action items, promoting accountability and progress.
  • Contribute to regular reviews with program and operations teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
Business Development & Entity Setup:
  • Support the CFO in launching new business models and establishing legal entities, navigating complex strategies and implementations.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to track project risks, dependencies, and timelines, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
Strategic Initiatives & Community Building:
  • Manage high-priority projects from inception to completion with minimal oversight, embodying efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor progress against the CFO's strategic goals and identify potential delays or issues, providing timely recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead the internal community across India and the US, organizing meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote collective growth and understanding.
Requirements:
  • Education: MBA in Finance, Strategy, or Project Management (PMP certification a plus).
  • Experience: 6-10 years in finance, strategy, or project management roles, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent project planning, coordination, and risk management skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Confident communicator who can effectively engage with senior leaders, stakeholders, and team members alike.
  • Proficiency in data and financial reporting tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
