As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving customer success by resolving escalated queries, liaising with garage partners, and monitoring complaint progress.

  • Job Description: You will be the first point of contact for customer escalations and work closely with partners to resolve complaints in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer complaints via phone, email, and live chat
  2. Liaise with garage partners to resolve issues
  3. Monitor complaint progress and escalate as necessary
  4. Utilize excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  5. Manage your own workload effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly
  6. Proactively approach complaints and provide timely resolutions
  7. Demonstrate motor vehicle technical knowledge (preferred)

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in handling customer complaints
  • A minimum of 2 years experience working for a US, UK, Canadian, Australian, or other European company
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to manage workload
  • Proactive approach to dealing with complaints
  • Demonstrable motor vehicle technical knowledge (preferred)

What We Offer:
