
Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Experience Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Troubleshooting and Support:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, conducting thorough root cause analysis to resolve problems efficiently.
- Providing guidance and assistance to customers on product usage, ensuring seamless experiences.
- Managing customer data import/export from production systems, guaranteeing accurate and timely updates.
- Processing confidential data and information according to established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing product content for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Generating reports from single or multiple systems, providing actionable insights for business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product customer support, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- An analytical mindset and aptitude for problem-solving, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with cloud-based products, preferably on AWS.
- Proficiency in using issue tracking software like HubSpot, GitLab, or JIRA.
- Familiarity with scripting/programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or Perl for automating manual tasks.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases for fetching data and generating insights.
