Senior Digital Marketing Lead

We are seeking a seasoned digital marketing expert to drive high-budget, multi-country paid media campaigns.

  • Develop and execute strategies for search, display, YouTube, and performance max campaigns.
  • Manage and scale ad budgets of $100K–$300K+ per month.
  • Utilize GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion APIs for performance tracking and optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with content, eCommerce, and strategy teams to drive measurable growth.
  • Report campaign insights and performance directly to the regional growth leadership.
About You
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads.
  • Proven track record managing six-figure monthly ad spends.
  • Expert in full-funnel performance marketing and ROAS-driven strategies.
  • PREFERRED: Experience in beverage or wellness sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital consumers in Indian and Southeast Asian markets.
  • Fluent in English.
