Senior Growth Leader Wanted

A rare opportunity to drive user and merchant growth across the entire lifecycle.

We're seeking a strategic and hands-on marketer who can plan across multiple channels, build cohort-led machines, and drive growth through smart targeting and funnel design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage paid campaigns (Google, Meta, UAC, ASA)
  • Drive app installs, signups, merchant acquisition and engagement
  • Design lifecycle journeys (email, push, in-app) to improve LTV and reduce churn
  • Run A/B tests, segment users, and personalize communication
  • Track and optimize CAC, LTV, retention, CPA, ROAS
  • Lead agency relationships and execute budgets with hands-on capability

Must-Have Skills:

  • 8-10 years in growth/performance/lifecycle marketing
  • Experience across both B2C and B2B funnels
  • Proficient in tools like GA4, AppsFlyer, HubSpot, MoEngage, VWO
  • Strong analytics and experimentation mindset
  • Fintech/app/payments background is a strong plus
