Our organization seeks a seasoned finance professional to assume a leadership role in our Finance and Accounts department.

Functional Role: DVP/VP – Finance & Accounts

We are based in Jagatpura, Jaipur.

Department: Finance & Accounts

Experience Required: At least 15 years of progressive experience in banking or financial institutions.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the integrity of all financial reporting, the maintenance of a robust chart of accounts, and the implementation and management of accounting systems.
  • Lead a large, diverse team and collaborate directly with senior leaders to ensure compliance, efficiency, and innovation in all financial processes.
  • Achieve accurate and timely completion of all financial activities and reporting.
  • Maintain a well-designed, regularly reviewed, and effectively maintained chart of accounts that meets evolving business and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), RBI guidelines, and all statutory and internal controls. Lead audit preparation and respond to regulatory queries.
  • Develop, coach, and mentor a team of 35-40 finance professionals. Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the Head of Accounts and other senior leaders to provide strategic financial insights and support enterprise objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong working knowledge of core banking platforms (Finacle, Flexcube) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Leadership ability to drive change and influence at the executive level.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Strong adherence to ethics and integrity.
