Job Title: Strategic Financial Manager

About the Role:

As a skilled financial professional, you will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability by developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive financial models to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Produce accurate and timely financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare and present detailed financial analyses to guide business strategy and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular reviews of financial performance to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.

Cash & Treasury Management:

  • Develop and manage cash flow projections, ensuring adequate liquidity and working capital.
  • Oversee treasury functions, including banking relationships and FX exposure management.

Compliance & Controls:

  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and accounting policies, maintaining robust internal controls and audit procedures.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors/tax advisors to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead and develop finance/accounting teams, providing coaching and performance management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, procurement, and operations teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis initiatives.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement efficiency initiatives in financial processes and systems, improving operational effectiveness and reducing costs.
  • Maintain and upgrade ERP/financial software, standardizing workflows and ensuring data integrity.
