Digital Transformation Leader

The role of the Digital Transformation Leader is pivotal in spearheading the digital transformation agenda across various entities. This individual will oversee the delivery of custom-built and commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) IT solutions, establish a robust data lake infrastructure, and embed AI-enabled applications across all IT functional departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a 3-year digital transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide strategic priorities.
  • Drive enterprise data initiatives, including the development and scaling of data lake infrastructure.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to anchor digitalization and tooling strategies.
  • Establish and implement success metrics for Digitalization projects, reporting insights to senior leadership.
  • Oversee technology initiatives, delivering COTS and custom IT solutions while championing design thinking and agile methodologies.
  • Drive the adoption of commercial-off-the-shelf platforms and custom-built tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Maintain a robust data lake infrastructure to support enterprise-wide analytics.
  • Anchor software engineering practices, enabling delivery of Product MVPs in collaboration with Digital Delivery departments.
  • Ensure strategic compliance with InfoSec, legal, and regulatory standards across all digital initiatives.
  • Develop future-ready IT teams with a focus on emerging digital technologies, including AI and Cloud.
