About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced digital transformation leader to drive and deliver strategic programs.
  • This position assumes overall responsibility for project delivery, working closely with technical stakeholders from architecture to UI/UX design.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with technical stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  2. Participate in technical discussions and present trade-offs to client stakeholders.
  3. Communicate project status and structure across teams and departments.
  4. Define project plans, KRAs, and processes, ensuring timely completion.
  5. Manage day-to-day progress, assessing risks and resolving issues.
  6. Conduct regular project reviews according to established process.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  8. Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and adapt processes, policies, and workflows.
  9. Ensure teams have necessary product and technical specifications, direction, and resources.
  10. Lead team members to their optimum performance levels.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in managing full project management life cycle for complex IT initiatives.
  • Understanding of functional scope, design, and technology to ensure right solution delivery.
  • Ability to engage with technical stakeholders and explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience executing projects in multiple areas like Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT, Cloud Infrastructure, Industrial Operations Management.
  • Understanding of allied areas like DevOps, Test Strategies, Test Automation, Security standards.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, self-motivation, teamwork, results orientation.
