Job Overview

This role focuses on overseeing the implementation of reliability strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.

  • Develop and standardize incident response frameworks, including escalation policies and service ownership mapping.
  • Lead technical reviews for infrastructure reliability design and high-availability architectures.
  • Champion observability and monitoring culture by standardizing tooling and telemetry data schemas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead organizational reliability strategies, aligning SLAs, SLOs, and Error Budgets with business objectives.
  • Develop and institutionalize incident response frameworks, including RCA process governance and on-call scheduling.
  • Drive continuous improvement through operational maturity assessments, toil elimination initiatives, and SRE OKRs aligned with product objectives.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years total experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role in SRE or Cloud Operations.

Desired Skills:

  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes, GKE, Prometheus, Terraform
  • Cloud: Advanced GCP administration
  • CI/CD: Jenkins, Argo CD, GitHub Actions
