Senior Digital Marketing Strategist


Job Description:

Digital marketing plays a pivotal role in driving business success, and as our Senior Digital Marketing Strategist, you will spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with brand plans and business priorities.

You will set up site analytics, build dashboards, tag campaigns, and generate reports to ensure key customer and marketing information is accessible to cross-functional partners. Additionally, you will design, publish, and maintain analytical reports to facilitate data-driven decision making.

Your responsibilities will include implementing marketing processes and tools, ensuring timely project completion, and driving performance marketing via SEO/SEM, PPC, Google Ads, App Store, Facebook Ads, and Display.

You will lead multiple digital marketing experiments and initiatives across channels like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat, WhatsApp, Email marketing, etc., with aggressive timelines and successfully execute on time and on budget.

Furthermore, you will measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against established goals (ROI and KPIs). Regularly monitoring media outlets, including websites, Google, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant pages, will also be part of your responsibilities.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-year experience in an Ed-Tech company is mandatory.
  • Experience in Performance marketing, social media/Viral Marketing, Start-up Experience, Employer Branding, and CRM/Loyalty Marketing would be highly beneficial.
  • Skilled in Google Analytics, Search Ad 360, and Appstore optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
  • Strong attention to detail and delivering work that meets high standards.
