About the Position:

  • Develop and execute paid campaign strategies on multiple platforms
  • Optimize ads for performance, driving metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and CTR across regions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative and landing page messaging
  • Lead experimentation and audience targeting efforts using A/B testing and data analysis
  • Track and report performance metrics using analytics tools
  • Maintain compliance with platform guidelines

Your Background:

  • 4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns
  • Proven ability to manage and scale multi-platform campaigns
  • Experience in international markets (North America, Europe, or APAC preferred)
  • Deep understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and ad copywriting
  • Analytical mindset; experience with data analysis tools is a plus
