
Building Brands Strategist

About This Role
This position plays a pivotal role in driving brand growth across various product areas under our portfolio. The primary focus is on executing strategic objectives, leveraging creative thinking, data analysis, and executional support to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Insight: Understand consumer triggers, barriers, competitive landscape, and market trends
- New Product Development (NPD): Collaborate in developing communication strategies across touchpoints like product displays, D2C stores, CRM, marketplaces, and more
- Communication Management: Assist in managing all consumer touchpoints - social media, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, brand campaigns, and others
- Data Analysis: Drive measurement and learning for various marketing initiatives
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and agencies to ensure effective stakeholder management
- Offline Market Understanding: Conduct market visits to track offline business health metrics, including distribution, revenue, visibility, and planogramming
- Sales Support, Customer Service, and Other Activities: Contribute to portfolio management, sales support, customer service, and other tasks to drive product/therapy success
Location: Bangalore
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in Offline Channel Handling is Mandatory
- 1-2 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing
- Motivated, self-driven, and enthusiastic team player with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
